Torch Club

Torch Clubs are chartered small-group leadership and service clubs for boys and girls ages 10-13.Torch Club members elect officers and work together to implement activities in four areas: service to Club and community, education, health and fitness and social recreation.

Keystone Club

Keystone Club is one of our most dynamic teen programs. It affords teens an opportunity to gain valuable leadership and service experience. Teens conduct activities in three areas: academic success, career exploration and community service.

Passport to Manhood

Passport to Manhood is a club that teaches responsibility and accountability in Club boys ages 8-17. The program consists of a series of sessions, each concentrating on a specific aspect of transitioning into adulthood. Each participant receives his own “passport” to underscore the notion that he is on a personal journey of maturation and growth.

Smart Girls/Smart Moves

SMART Girls incorporates skills, mastery and resistance training concepts by offering age-specific experiences to enhance girls’ physical and emotional health. Rich, experiential activities are designed to build character and instill the values of integrity, self-discipline and respect.

SMART Moves provides self-awareness activities to develop respect for one’s body, the skills to cope with feelings and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Youth of the Month and Youth of the Year

The Youth of the Month honor is earned by one member each month in recognition of their strong leadership, good character and commitment to service. This recognition program focuses on making Club youth aware of leadership abilities they might not realize they possesses and helping them cultivate them so that they learn what it means to be a leader.

The Youth of the Year program celebrates youth who have overcome enormous odds and demonstrated exceptional character and accomplishments. Those selected are recognized for service to their Club and community, academic performance and contributions to their families. Winners compete in local, state, regional and national competitions for scholarship funds.

The First Tee of the Low Country

The First Tee is more than just learning to play golf. This program focuses on core values, such as self-esteem, respect, integrity, leadership, judgment and perseverance. It teaches youth to develop positive habits to make good life choices. Since the training is conveniently located next to Club property, member ages 7–17 are encouraged to participate during their time with us.
